Is an Illustrator based in Boise, Idaho
Growing up in Idaho I found great inspiration in the nature that could be found around the state. I loved animals and would obsess over drawing them. I also found myself copying illustrations from my favorite books as well as learning how to document my favorite cartoons. During the summers, I would take art classes and they brought out the best version of myself. I found this true when earning my B.F.A., that sharing a studio with motivated and kind artists only further cemented my connection to design.
Some of my favorite inspirations are: Marc Davis, Quentin Blake, E.H. Shepard, children's books, great films, history and animals. My Grandma also painted in her spare time and influenced me greatly. Her oil landscapes are now hanging in my home.
